Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eluhco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
